What is this?

This is the wonderful World of internet radio! Here, you can take a full part in everything that happens on the radio. You can make dedications and requests, chat to the DJ of the evening and get involves as much as you want or, just chill out to the tracks that are being played, just for you.

Can I be a DJ too?

Of course! We would love for you to take such an active roll in the show. As long as you have a good amount of tunes and a decent broadband internet connection that is stable enough for the times you want to DJ, then there is nothing stopping you.

What is IRC chat?

IRC stands for internet radio chat and, is even older than the www itself! Before hyperlinks were invented, you know the http:// bit, there was irc:// which would lead you to a relay server that you could chat in DOS type to whoever was watching their end of the relay.

Is it still like that?

No! Now, there are a few fantastic GUI (Graphical User Interface) programs that will make the chat a lot more user friendly and easier to read along with lots of safety and other featured over and above those glory days of acoustic modems and black screens with green text slowly appearing.

Can I have my own room / channel?

Of course, we want you to be involved and have your own slice of the internet to do with as you wish! Just make sure you check the rules on the site here.
